It was the Agbero FC's day — you should grasp the team that way — they had to take on one of the small clubs in England and they were all enthusiastic about how they would take 3 points and maintain their unbeaten run into the new season.

.Moving on... It is no news that the educational sector of Nigeria has been in total shambles as the looming strike continues after the much anticipated meeting which had many hopes raised, adrenaline don high, for some blood pressure, however, it all ended in a catastrophic, cataclysmic, fatal, transilient, inundating dissensus.
The ASUU strike has been on for over six months now and it seems as though students are just the grass that suffers when two elephants fight.
For a certain percentage of students, the strike has been of favour as they have started forging a path or career as the case may be in another way.
With the recent rise and trends around digital technology and its perks, most have used this period to start learning a skill while some who have been in the game have taken the opportunity to focus and start earning for themselves.
As good as this sounds, no be everybody go do tech, or learn a vocation skill. Some people just want to have a proper education, forge a career with, practice squarely and this is totally fine. Na Doctor, Lawyer, Chemist, Biologist some folks just wan be.
Sadly, the incessant disruption in terms of consistent and quality education has deprived many of this. Over 6 months down the lane and no progress in line of education. In this read, I'd share a few tips that would help you as regards a digital or vocational skill and also to stay abreast in terms of education.
For the vocational and digital skills, I am sure this is not the first time you'd hear what I want to share, but, let's run it either way.
First of all, focus on being good, very good at your skill, this cannot be overemphasised. Consistency and discipline come in here, a very important factor to getting it right.
Ignore the fact that you want to make a lot of money, let the knowledge you want to acquire be your driving factor, then money.
Practise, Practise, Practise.
Volunteer and Intern to build experience and your portfolio.
Just fall in love with the whole process and you'd surely see results, overtime.
Talmbout those who want to forge a career related to school and education. Irrespective of the strike and break in transmission, you can still make a handful use of the resources at hand. Because, time dey go, still.
Visit an Edutech platform and learn more as regards to course of study, some are free and some are paid. I'd recommend Alison and Learningpath.
Calmly digest the knowledge and stay updated as regards the trend in your space.
Join a community of scholars and like-minded individuals and make valuable connections too. LinkedIn is a good place
From the community, you can get updates as regards volunteering, internships, training and even scholarships.
Just like every other thing, it requires being consistent also. Very important thingy.
Again, fall in love with the whole process and you'd surely see results, overtime.
